Board of Directors and Supervisors

Jau Huang, the founder of CyberLink, is the Chairman of the board of directors. Jau is also the founder of the Multimedia and Communications Lab at National Taiwan University (NTU) and a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of NTU. Jau holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA.

Alice H. Chang, Director, joined CyberLink in 1997 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of CyberLink ever since. Formerly serving as the executive vice president of Trend Micro Inc., Alice has also worked as an investment consultant at CitiCorp Investment Bank (1988-1990). Alice earned a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA, and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from National Taiwan University.

Wen- Hsiang Hung, Independent Director, served as the dean of the Department of Business Administration and is a professor at the Department of Accounting at National Taiwan University. Hung was a committee member of the Ministry of Examination, Taiwan, and holds a master's degree from the University of Houston, USA.

I-Peng Lin, Independent Director, holds a Ph.D. (Mathematics) from the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA. Lin served as a vice professor, professor, and dean of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of National Taiwan University (NTU), and a director of the Computer and Information Networking Center of NTU.

Sherry Lin, Director, is a representative of J&C Investment Corp. Lin holds a master's degree in computer science and information engineering from National Taiwan University.

Yang-Tzong Tsay, Independent Supervisor, is a professor and the dean for the post-graduate school in the Department of Accounting, National Taiwan University (NTU). Tsay is also a director of the Bank of Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. (Accounting) from the University of Maryland, USA.

Angela Lin, Supervisor, served in the International Finance Department of Acer Inc. Angela holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Soochow University, Taiwan.

Hsiu-Yun Chen, Supervisor, graduated from Taipei Kai-Ping vocational school.
